 Remove the following items from the box

BPM UNIT	WALL/DESK MOUNT	HEADPHONES	POWER SUPPLY	USB EXTENSION CABLE	HEX KEY	HOME BUTTON TOOL	MOUNTING SCREWS

 Secure BPM and Wall/Desk Mount to desired location using included heavy duty screws as shown.

 Connect the POWER SUPPLY to the white USB cable using the included USB extension cable if required.
