1. Listening Station Preview Chart
Broadtime has been working on tapping into our analytics to get a better reporting of the records that folks are previewing on our Listening Stations. While it's still not quite where we would like it to be as far as granularity, we can begin to get a picture of the activity to share and observe how our programs influence the listening popularity.

2. Indie Summer Camp
Broadtime will be in New Orleans sweating -- er dancing -- happily around the Carousel Bar with all our store and label friends. Like many of you we will have a table to display and discuss our wares with all the great stores attending. Please come by and say hello and get demos of our station and our apps.

3. Preorder Support
There is much to discuss regarding Indie preorder support and this topic will get covered more throughout the summer and at Indie Summer Camp.
As for Broadtime's strategy, we have created another category for our campaigns that are "preorder only" and we are adding additional weeks of support for releases on our regular campaigns.
When on our preorder radar, the release will go into our widely hosted "Upcoming Releases - Preorder" genre on all of the sites and station and apps. We will call attention to the releases with ads and with our news postings

4. Latest APP & BPM Station developments
So we have been hard at work making new features or our Mobile Store App and our Stations. This includes a new wishlist function for the App where customers can add the Records they are previewing and want to a wishlist. We are hard at work this summer to get mobile commerce enabled for our apps. If you haven't yet, please download our newest customer's app, Down In The Valley. (http://music.downinthevalley.com/app)

4. BROADTIME ON THE ROAD AND TOUR SUPPORT
As we look to creative ways, to drive more attention to artists and releases at retail, we contemplated the markets where we have website and kiosk customers and the map gives us some really good (and growing) coverage of the country. We are super excited to now have over 80 stations in service at stores around the country.
See Map below and interactively on our Tour Support page.
So, in addition to our tagging and display of videos, banners, and digital signage, we can create concert calendar events in the markets, and create additional signage and banners, and event tagging.
An individual Event for each show will be created and placed on the calendar of each Record Store within the touring market invoking an EVENT tag to be placed on each release of the artist. The tour dates will also be highlighted on The Home Page and Artist Page of each applicable site and Kiosk. (as well as New Release, and featured item pages)
Broadtime will create and provide an individual animated Kiosk screen saver sign and banners for each Record Store located within the touring market calling out the specific local date and venue. These will rotate when station is idle -
MAIN BULLET POINTS:
* It's like getting two ads in one, as there is extra promotion that also cover the concerts
* It's up to 4 Months of ad coverage for the tour
More Info: BROADTIME TOUR SUPPORT
Example:

Example Tear Sheet with Dates
We will add in Tour support on our proposals by default for a modest increase, to cover the cost of the dozen or so banners, signage, and event creation we will undertake. It's optional of course, for some titles it may make more sense to run as we do today.
However, the impact and improved exposure in the touring markets will pull in more and more fans to stores and shows.

6. NEW RELEASE ROUND UP - Courtesy of Gallery of Sound, Wilkes - Barre, PA

KESHA - Rainbow - RCA 'Rainbow' marks a new beginning for Kesha, one based around inner strength and musical exploration as she achieves her vision for the album by enlisting a roster of collaborators ranging from Eagles of Death Metal to Dolly Parton. Ben Folds produced the title track with Kesha, while Ricky Reed produced and wrote numerous tracks as well. Wrabel co-wrote a collaboration that features the Dap-Kings horn section. Eagles of Death Metal are featured on two tracks, while Parton guests on a version of her 1980 country chart-topper "Old Flames Can't Hold a Candle to You." The track was co-written by Kesha's mother Pebe Sebert, who also has other songwriting credits on 'Rainbow'. Kesha has had 9 Top 10 hits on The Billboard Hot 100, including four #1 singles at Top 40 Radio - "TiK ToK," "Your Love Is My Drug," "Die Young," and "Timber." Kesha took home the MTV EMA for Best New Act in November 2010 and was nominated for 2 American Music Awards, 3 MTV VMA Awards, and 6 Billboard Awards. She has performed on dozens of television programs all over the world, including MTV Europe Music Awards, Much Music Awards (Canada), Echo Awards (Germany), X Factor (Australia), American Music Awards, Billboard Awards, American Idol, Saturday Night Live, and The Today Show Summer Concert Series.
DOWNTOWN BOYS - Cost Of Living - Sub Pop The United States’ myriad inequalities, hatreds and phobias are painfully evident in 2017, offering proof that the age-old dichotomy of “political bands” versus “apolitical bands” simply doesn’t exist. Either you are comfortable and unfazed by the current reigning power structures, or you use your music as a vehicle for the dismantling of oppression and the creation of something better. No matter what your songs are about, you are choosing a side. The position of Providence, RI’s Downtown Boys has been clear since they started storming through basements and DIY spaces with their radically-minded rock music: they are here to topple the white-cis-het hegemony and draft a new history. Downtown Boys began by combining revolutionary ideals with boundless energy and contagious, inclusive fun, and their resolve has only strengthened as their sound and audience have grown. Cost Of Living is their third full-length, following a self-released 2012 debut and 2015’s Full Communism on Don Giovanni Records. They recorded it with Guy Picciotto (Fugazi; producer of Blonde Redhead, The Gossip), one of indie-rock’s most mythological figures, in the producer’s chair. Picciotto fostered the band’s improvisational urges while pulling the root of their music to the forefront: unflinching choruses, fearlessly confrontational vocals, and the sense that each song will incite the room into action, sending bodies into motion that were previously thought to have atrophied. Downtown Boys are keenly aware of the increased visibility and credibility that comes with signing to a corporate-media conglomerate such as Sub Pop. They’re using this platform as a megaphone for their protest music, amplifying and centering Chicana, queer, and Latino voices in the far-too-whitewashed world of rock. In just one example, album-opener “A Wall” rides the feel-good power that drove so many tunes by The Clash and Wire as it calls out the idea that a wall could ever succeed in snuffing the humanity and spirit of those it’s designed to crush. Compared to previous efforts, Downtown Boys have shifted from a once-meaty brass section to the subtler melodic accompaniment of keyboards and a saxophone, coloring their anthems with warm, bright tones while singer/lyricist Victoria Ruiz spits out her frustrations and passions. Some might say it shows a sense of maturity, as Downtown Boys have undoubtedly smoothed down some of their earlier edges, but there is no compromise to their righteous assault and captivating presence. Like socially conscious groups of years past, from Public Enemy to Rage Against the Machine, Downtown Boys harness powerful sloganeering, repetitive grooves, and earworm hooks to create one of the most necessary musical statements of the day. We should all do well to take notice! - Matt Korvette, Pissed Jeans.
VENOM INC. - Ave - Nuclear Blast America When Venom released “Welcome to Hell” and “Black Metal” in the early 80s they paved the way for thousands of extreme metal bands across the world. Venom Inc. consists of former Venom founders Jeffrey “Mantas” Dunn on guitar and Anthony “Abaddon” Bray on drums as well as former Venom bassist Tony “Demolition Man” Dolan. "Ave" is Venom Inc’s debut full length!
GUIDED BY VOICES - How Do You Spell Heaven - Guided By Voices 2017 release from the uber-prolific Robert Pollard and his main day job, Guided By Voices. Guided by Voices is on a roll. One could argue that GBV is never not on a roll, that Robert Pollard's output plows past the word "prolific" like prolific is standing still in a snowbank; and that's true, but this new version of the band (Doug Gillard, Bobby Bare Jr, Mark Shue, Kevin March) has given Pollard new tools to complement his song-hammer. Thus, ergo, quod erat demonstrandum: roll. Hot on the heels of the smothered-in-plaudits double album August By Cake comes this hot and heavy fifteen-tune long player, a melody-dense thwack to the earholes that will both energize and deplete your body of it's remaining music-appreciation enzymes. Recorded by the band in New York, and by Pollard in Ohio, How Do You Spell Heaven capitalizes on the current incarnation's tour-buffed shine without sacrificing eternal verities such as but not limited to: off-kilter rhythmic jolts; krazy chords; purposefully imperfect harmonies; and fragmented structures that start and stop on a coin of small denomination and go somewhere else, and quickly. There's more, much more-the easiest, laziest way to sum up this latest album is the most obvious: How do you spell heaven? Shout it from the rafters: G-B-V!
HINDER - The Reign - The End Records Multi-platinum rockers, Hinder, have sold over 3.8 million albums, more than 7.5 million singles, garnered north of 130 million video views, racked in 80 million spins on Spotify, and counting. In 2016, they released their first-ever acoustic EP entitled 'Stripped', and are now back in 2017 with a tour and new their new album The Reig
